I wasn’t quite fit enough but the support along the way was such a boost. It was well organised and fun . A meal in Rockish topped it off nicely

Only thing I'd say to improve would be the organisation as know some of the queues were going here, there and everywhere!

It would have been beneficial to have more space for the warm-up session, as some attendees were unable to fully participate in the exercises due to the limited room for movement.

Amazing atmosphere and wonderfully inclusive. Would have been nice to have a little more space to warm up but when the event is so popular it’s not easy to do anything about it. Great location

They could if done with a few more volunteers at the registration to guide people into the 4 queues because people just began to queue in one line which tailed back as others just joined the back if that single line. Volunteers encouraging people to go to the correct letter desk it would have moved quicker.

Not sure we needed the whole envelope for a number which just got thrown away. A bit of a waste

The organisation was great as always and the marshals and volunteers deserve an extra mention for encouraging, smiling and cheering everyone on. The course, whilst scenic, is in parts tricky for such a large group of runners. The long narrow path near the beginning was particularly tricky and couldn’t quite cope with the volume of people as the runners had not yet thinned out enough. I love this event and wouldn’t miss it as the atmosphere is great. And always for a fabulous cause too.

I absolutely loved the "cheerleaders" dotted along the route shouting encouragements.

My first ever charity run, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I would definitely do it again!
